Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of Sayantika In Services.

Service Agreement

By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our technicians will provide services as described and charged as per our standard pricing or agreed quotation.

Service Warranty

We provide 30 days warranty on labor and 90 days on genuine spare parts. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surge, or physical damage after repair.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers. For AMC plans, payment is due at the beginning of the contract period.

Cancellation Policy

Service bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment without any charge. Late cancellations may incur a nominal fee.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for any consequential damages arising from appliance failure.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
